With four bands of adjustment, it gives you more tone control over your loudspeakers or headphones than standard bass and treble controls. 

Another great feature is its 100% passive bypass setting when not in use. 

Plus  this is built utilizing a full metal construction right here in the United States. 

This EQ will come with its matching class 2 power transformer.
