Tandberg 3026A Amplifier From Norway - 150W

This Tandberg comes from my personal and beloved 3000 series collection which I assembled over 30 years.

This is the second-best amplifier they ever built, only outshined by the 3016A which is massive.

The design is much better and reliable than the 3006 which tends to be a bit cramped.

Working as it should as tested in our lab, and sounding great for years at my home and in our listening test area.

Service Notes:
• The left channel appears to have been serviced at some point in the past. Authentic and correct replacement MOSFET's were used but the R and L channels.

One has a 2SK175 MOSFET while the repaired channel has a 2SK176 MOSFET.

Our research indicates that the 2SK176 is an equivalent to the 2SK175, and was also used in later production Tandberg amplifiers.

Both channels tested equally in our power and frequency response tests at the bench.
