McIntosh MC7106, Modified *4* Channel Solid State Amplifier, Please Read On...

This MC7106 started as a McIntosh 6 Channel Amp offering 6 x 100W, 4 x 160W, or 3 x 320W, but during our inspection and testing we discovered one of the cards was not functioning to our standards and it was too time consuming to repair - so we removed it.  

We figured this would make a perfect 4, 3, or 2 channel amp, which is what most folks look for anyway to complete a 5.1 home theater system. 

You can configure this beast in the following configurations:

2 x 320W (2 channels total) - For your front left and right speakers

2 x 100W and 1 x 320W (3 channels total ) - For your front left and right speakers and perhaps a passive subwoofer

4 x 160W (4 channels total) - For your left/center/right speakers and perhaps a passive subwoofer

Condition:

The VU meters, not activated in the pictures, are simply gorgeous and very useful.  There is also an adjustable display brightness control as shown on the back panel photo in this listing.

This unit, like almost all other McIntosh units, uses a front glass face plate which provides an attractive and very durable finish. The lettering will never show wear.

This particular sample is in super clean condition without any noticiable scratches or blemishes. It has been fully tested in our lab to manufacturer specifications.

It comes in its original McIntosh box, and includes a copy of the owner's manual and a power cord.
