You're welcome to call or text (201) 879-000 or use the contact form below if there is a piece of equipment you'd like to see in operation before or after purchase.
We can also arrange to install, calibrate, and tune the gear in your own listening room if you're local to the area. This is really useful when purchasing large speakers or heavy amplifiers, and great for ensuring that your new turntable is setup correctly in its final resting place.
Shipping
All items ship free to the contiguous 48 states. International shipping is available with payment via bank wire only, and any customs/duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility on receipt. Simply send your full address for a shipping or freight quote.
We typically ship items the next business day, but occasionally need extra time to re-test equipment or package more complex items. Hollidays and travel may also cause delays.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns on vintage equipment unless it was misrepresented or does not function as described. We will promptly repair and return any non-functioning items at our expense.
