Here's your chance to experience what is arguably the best system to come from the 1990's.

From the genius mind of Mark Levinson, this Cello system would be been sold as a single system and likely installed by Mark personally. Targeted for both home and studio, the Cello system was state of the art in 1990 and can still rival some of the best analog systems from today.

This system is composed of:
• 1 x Legendary Palette Equalizer
• 1 x Audio Suite Card Based Preamp with MC Phono Card
• 1 x Master Power Supply (for powering the pre and EQ)
• 4 x Performance II Monoblock Amplifiers with each consisting of two chassis for a total of 8 individual pieces of amplification equipment
• 2 x Stradivari Grand Master Speakers - One of only 110 pairs *ever* produced
• Official Cello "String" Cables
• Custom Sized Power Interconnects

The Stradivari Grand Master Speakers consist of a line array design, capable of projecting into the largest of listening areas with even and full sound throughout. Built with no less than 8 tweeters, 8 midrange drivers, and dual 12" woofers per speaker!

They feature two sets of completelly separate crossovers with tri-wire capabilities, hence the use of two mono amps per side. This allows the Grand Masters to produce SPL upwards of 127db. They are finished in a cream laquer color.

The Palette EQ is a favorite for recording studios and audiophiles alike, providing 8 bands of very fine Equalization with incredible precission and component quality.

The Audio Suite is the flagship preamp allowing owners to select and configure by inserting the appropriate cards. This example is fitted with the very desirable MC phono card.

The Lineup includes:
• 1 x P101 Phono
• 1 x P201 Digital Processor
• 1 x B200 5 Input Selector
• 1 xP301 Main Card

The amplifiers are later version Performance II's, consisting of two chassis per mono block for a total of 8 chassis. Rated at 200 Watts at 8 ohms, and 400 Watt at 4 Ohms. They are consecutive serial numbers.

The DAC is a Cello Music and Film Systems series 8.1 two piece unit with separate power supply.

The full system has been fully sorted in-house and tested thoroughly. We re-capped the power supply to ensure long life, and serviced all the controls on the Palette. We are in the process of servicing the preamp which should be completed in a few weeks time.

These came to us from their original owner in NYC who took amazing care of the system.
