Yes this is actually a pair of Vintage Western Electric speaker cables in 7 foot length.
They're assembled from vintage components, then covered in a protective modern sleeve.
Fitted with vintage sized spades on both sides capable of fitting on vintage amplifiers with smaller terminals.
They sound very good with our vintage Altecs.
This cable also appears to have a wax-like finish on the jacket.
