Super cool 1/2 Octave EQ from the 1970s in a 19" Rack Mount form factor. Produced only two years from 1975 - 1977.

When testing this unit we noticed the high quality individual wire wound inductors usually only found in high price EQ's.

This unit was fully reviewed and tested in our in our lab and is working properly.

Using this EQ is a  great way to get a bit more oomph out of your vintage speakers.

The Mark 2700B presents a new level of frequency control.

This stereo half octave equalizer is the result of many years of SAE experience in both home and professional equalizers.

Several of the features of the 27B/2700B stand out as being unique in the industry such as:

1. Half Octave Control - With the Mark 2700B, you now have the flexibility of frequency control on a half octave basis offering proper control not only of program material as in our previous equalizers, but also room acoustics and speaker deficiencies.

2. Low Distortion - Utilizing full, complementary output drive circuits, we are able to offer an equalizer with TH and IM distortion of less than 0.02%.

3. Pink Noise Generator - This is the most accurately known method of properly equalizing speaker phasing, power balance, and frequency response.

4. Professional and Home Versions - Our half octave stereo equalizer will be offered in our traditional gold anodized version (27B) for home use, as well as a 19" rack mount version (2700B) with black panel and rack handles. Both units have 600 Ohm output.
