Cosmetically this is likely to be the best example of an MR-80 you'll ever find.

The paint is pristine, and the glass is free from any bubbles or cracks. The aluminum is also perfect, and all the writing is intact.

We have gone over this piece in and out on our workbench and it is working to full manufacturer specifications.

It has a remarkable ability to pull in the faintest stations even with a simple whip antenna.

Comparable in performance to the legendary MR78 but with all the convenience features of a more modern tuner.

The bezel for the display is included but it is not installed. We feel this piece of trim makes the tuner looks dated so we did not put it on. It will come with double sided tape in place in case you’d prefer to have it. We can also install it for you if you’d like, just let us know in your order notes.

This tuner also has variable and fixed outputs in case you’d like to use it without a preamp.

This piece comes with its rare and original McIntosh box.
