General:
When first introduced, the Nordost Valhalla series was considered among the finest audio cables available, and they remain highly regarded by audiophiles today.

This particular pair of original first-generation Valhalla speaker cables measures 4 meters in length, and features banana terminations on one end and spades on the other.

The original Valhalla cables are known for their incredible transparency, speed, and detail. They're also beautifully constructed, with Nordost's distinctive flat ribbon design and precision engineering giving them a truly premium look and feel.

Each cable features 40 solid-core conductors made from 99.999999% pure oxygen-free copper (OFC), plated with an impressive 78 microns of silver. This elaborate construction was a big part of what made the original Valhalla series so special.

We've thoroughly tested this pair, and both cables are performing exactly as they should.

Even better, this pair includes its original Nordost wooden presentation box, perfect for safe storage and protection when not in use.

With an original retail price of approximately $10,000, these were among Nordost's finest offerings and remain an excellent choice for a serious high-end audio system.

SkyFi Cosmetic Notes:
This pair is in excellent overall cosmetic condition, with only very light signs of wear around the connector ends. The cables themselves present beautifully.

Testing Process:
Cables are generally pretty simple and do not require a great deal of testing. We do however perform a visual inspection of all of the connectors for damage or significant wear.

Most power and interconnect cables can be verified with a simple continuity test with a digital multimeter.

Some cables feature dielectric bias systems which are powered by external power supplies or batteries. These devices are checked for proper function where applicable.

We do not perform A/B comparisons of cables in real world conditions, and cannot offer objective observations in this regard.
