These are a set of AMAZING top of the line vintage speakers from the early 2000's.

This is an active system with no internal crossovers, but we've included the corresponding Naim SNAXO line level crossover made specifically to go with these speakers. Just supply your own 6 channels of amplification, or let us supply a trio of NAP 250's from the same "Olive Green" Naim era.

These are very rare and difficult to find in the USA, especially this active version.
These are capable of tremendous bass down to 25 Hz, with an incredible 92 dB sensitivity rating.

We just installed brand new and correct for the model tweeters to make these babies as good as the day they left the UK factory.

The Naim NBL is a good-looking speaker that should fit unobtrusively enough into any decent-sized room, especially as it is intended to be positioned close to a wall. And considering the considerable complexities of the cabinetwork and decoupling arrangements, its price seems very realistic. The NBL's closest competitor is probably B&W's Nautilus 801, at an almost identical US price, but the two designs are so distinct in appearance and sound that each will appeal to a quite different taste.

I've spent two months with the NBLs, and my affection and respect for them continue to grow. I'll be very sorry next week when the truck comes to collect them.
