This M3 was originally purchased by an American military member stationed overseas and therefore features several rare factory options never available in the US.

It was also driven in Europe for several years before coming to the states. 

Single-owner selling only once within the same family shortly before my ownership. Clean CarFax with no accidents or issues whatsoever.

Both owners were responsible adults who took great care of most everything including general and preventative maintenance. No track days, hard driving, or rough conditions evident anywhere.

There is basally zero rust *anywhere* thanks to living in warm and dry climates its entire life.

When I purchased the car about two years ago the mileage read 110,103. It now reads 111,246 and lives in a climate controlled garage with a battery tender 24 x 7.

Rarely if ever driven, started from time to time to keep the engine happy.

Complete professional disassembly & respray/restoration job spanning nearly 9 months (2021-2022). Just shy of $8k. I have all receipts.

Paint presents near perfect like it just left the factory with no visible damage, dents, marks, indentations, swirl marks or oxidation anywhere. Car was professionally detailed recently. Amazing finish and gloss is visible throughout.

Rare Factory Options Include:
• Steel Grey Metallic paint only available from September 2000 through February 2003.
• Sunroof Delete aka Slicktop / Hardtop.
• Individual Program Anthracite Impluse Cloth Roof Lining.
• Factory 6-Speed Manual Transmission. 
• Anthracite Impulse Lightweight Cloth Interior - Door Cards, Pillars, etc.
• Manual Adjustable Driver and Passenger Seats.
• European-Spec Driver Mirror.
• Trunk-Mounted European Warning Triangle Kit in Original Blue Case.
• European Medical Compartment Underneath Passenger Seat with Original Medical Kit.
• Bi-Xenon Headlamps.
• Factory Harman Kardon Upgraded HiFi w/Small 6x9" Trunk-Mounted Subwoofers.

The E46 M3 "Big Three":
• All engine rod bearings replaced by a Flagship BMW Dealership in 2021. I have the original BMW service paperwork to confirm.
• Subframe recently inspected with no signs of stress or cracking.
• Vanos solenoid was replaced by the previous owner.  I performed a complete oil change service upon purchase and the tiny Vanos oil filter was previously replaced as it looked new. No signs of Vanos issues in my ownership confirmed via testing using official BMW diagnostic software.

Maintenance Performed under my ownership includes:
(All BMW Parts unless otherwise stated)
• Full Oil System Service with Castrol EDGE Professional TWS 10w-60 Engine Oil, BMW filter, Vanos Filter, all O-Rings, and new crush washers. No metal shavings in the pan, oil, or filter.
• New Combined Oil Level & Oil Temperature Sensor - Preventative as this is a known issue to fail over time/age.
• Manual Transmission Oil Service/replacement with BMW modern recommended Pentosin Double Clutch Transmission Fluid (DCTF-1), and replacement drain and fill bolts. No metal shavings on either magnetic bolt, and original "lifetime fluid" was red with no burnt smell.
• All exterior bulbs replaced - Bi-Xenon bulks, Fog, Halogen bulbs, everything.
• New Bi-Xenon Headlight Ignitors - Both Passenger and Driver headlights.
• Professional GM5 Body Module Repair - Known Issue (Door Lock Control, more).
• Wiper Blades.
• And more that I have documentation/orders from Turner, FCP, etc to show.

Tasteful OEM+ Upgrades/Modifications:
Prior Owner:
• StopTech Front and Rear brake upgrade.
Vogtland German-made lowering springs, wheel spacers, and corresponding longer length lug nuts.
* I have all the original springs and brand new BMW Lug nuts to return to bone stock.
• Bolt-On Dinan Axle-Back Exhaust. Dinan Muffler and all hardware. New Dinan bolts, BMW Gaskets.
* I have the original muffler in excellent condition should you want to return this to stock.

Also Included:
• THREE keys. Two original with fresh official batteries plus one brand new BMW key recently sent from Germany that is unused.
• Thick binder *full* of BMW documentation (Rod Bearings) and orders from Tuner, FCP, etc.
• Original Glove Compartment Owner Documentation and Fuse Diagram Card.
• Full BAVSOUND Speaker Upgrade. New in boxes. All tweeters, drivers, wiring, etc.
• New BMW Floor Mats - Front/Rear and Trunk. Front and Rear never installed.
• Recent and expensive AGM battery (Absorbed Glass Mat).
