It doesn't exactly match the design of the rare and few other L72's we've seen, but because of the provenance and construction we have no doubt this is an original McIntosh cabinet. It has a recessed grill and a very nice solid wood front cap and top corner banding. This is truly a beautiful cabinet.

This cabinet had some very light blemishes on arrival. We treated the wood with Howard's products, which helped mask the light wear.

Overall this cabinet looks stunning.

The original shipping carton is in good condition overall, showing some minor wear from previous shipping tape and shipping labels.
